Templates

If you are creating a new document and would like to reference a template, common project related templates from Sharepoint are linked to in Cycles.

These templates are located in every opportunity, proposal, contract, project, or field project. They can be found in the column at right side of the page; select the dropdown for “Templates”.

Common templates related to this record’s current PCM phase will be stored in this section. These are:

*Grant opening meeting guidelines;
*Progress review meeting guidelines;
*Project filing checklist;
*Grant closure meeting guidelines.
