Evaluation

After the projects' implementation, the project is closed and lessons learned are documented. The project outcomes and lessons are collectively feed into the yearly strategy update/development.

The key PCM activities of Evaluation Phase are:

* Grant Closure Meeting (GCM).

* Reporting to donors.
